Thanks for using FlickFocus. Many users use FlickFocus services every day. That's why we have terms and conditions as a basic set of rules to make sure everyone uses FlickFocus appropriately and to keep FlickFocus and our users safe.
When we say "we", "our", or "us" in this document, we are referring to FlickFocus.
When you use our services, you agree to the latest terms. If you violate any of the terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.

Account
Eligibility - Your account must be registered by a human, not via automated methods or bots. You must have a valid email that belongs to you.
Restrictions - You cannot use FlickFocus for illegal, unauthorized, or any other purpose that can be harmful to FlickFocus or anyone else.
Email Verification
User accounts that have not verified their email for a very long time can and will be deleted.
Payments
If you are using a free version of FlickFocus, no payment or credit card details are needed; it's completely free.
For paid plans, you need to have a paid subscription. The payment will be collected at the start of your subscription period, i.e., in advance. The latest pricing for the plans can be found on the pricing page, which is subject to change from time to time.
Payment Processor(Web)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by their individual policies below.

Payment Processor(iOS or Android)
Payments on the app are done using in app purchases for iOS or Android. The subscription you purchase on these platforms can be managed on the device itself by using App Store or Play Store.
Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
You agree not to duplicate, copy, reuse, sell, or exploit the contents belonging to FlickFocus — the FlickFocus logo, visual design elements, and the FlickFocus service itself — without the express written permission of FlickFocus.
Liability
How you use FlickFocus is up to you. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the use of FlickFocus.
