Big Zuu meets a trailblazing actor who swapped Shakespeare for one of the biggest TV shows of all time - Joseph Marcell, aka Geoffrey the butler from The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air. Joseph is St Lucian born and Zuu will be getting into his heritage with real island food for him to yam.
