We travel to Amelia Island located off the northeast coast of Florida known for harvesting some of the best shrimp in the world! Alex meets up with Chef Scott Crawford of the AAA Five Diamond restaurant The Grill Room, located inside the luxurious Ritz-Carlton Resort.
